There are (I think) grapes in the cooking guild (nw of verrock, look for the windmill icon on your map). You need lvl 40 cooking and a chef's hat to get in, or alternatively stand by the door and buy them from someone who's going in/coming out.

Its been a long while since I've been on the freeworlds but here's what I remember.
1. The cooking guild ( you'll need the chefs hat & skill level to get in )
2. The phoenix gang headquarters used to have a respawn.
3. Port Sarim cooking store.
I'm not sure if 2 & 3 are still there or not. Its ben years & there have been lots of updates.

The cooking guild has a respawn, lvl 32 cooking and wearing a chef's hat required to get in
Respawn in Pheonix Gang hq, must join pheonix gang in the shield of arrav quest
buy in the port sarim food store, probably for 1 to 5gp
