Any make of motorcycle coolant with a 50/50 mix of coolant and water is good.
Despite what someone has already put, DO NOT run it on water only. The glycol content in the coolant actually is a much better transferee of heat than water, which is why the Rolls Royce Merlin of Spitfire /Hurricane/Lancaster bomber fame and all liquid cooled aero engines were and still are cooled by glycol.
In addition, the coolant contains anti corrosion additives which prevent corrosion of your engine components, lubricate the water pump seals and prevent sludge build up.
Additionally still, the coolant has a "jellying" (slightly) ingredient to damp out ultrasonic shock waves in the water jacket and prevent ultrasonic pitting through to the cylinder liner.

pretty much any top quality anti freeze and water mixed 50/50 will do fine...

of course you can go with the high dollar dealer stocked stuff straight up but it really won't gain you anything ...

but yet, it depends on if you are in a really cold climate (sub 10 degrees F) ... I would buy a cheap antifreeze tester and make sure your mixture is capable of handling the lowest temperature that's possible for your area...

Some decent coolant, silkolene pro-cool is fairly good. You can top it up with tap water, but the more water you have in there, the more likely it is it will freeze solid, perhaps breaking the radiator. In my Fazer i have 100% pro-cool.

Anti-freeze is not to stop it freezing – it is a vital element for fast efficient cooling of 2-strokes, don’t be tempted to not use it.

you can buy any 50/50 mixed anti freeze. or if this bike is a beater like my one bike i just run water and then drain it before winter. antifreeze only keeps it from freezing. water cools it just as good.

You have to get a peice of hose and run it under the front fairing to get to the fill point.

i reckon about 1 litre of anti-freeze and top up with water should do you just fine unless it gets really cold where you live then go for 1.5 litres, i'm pretty sure that'll be fine.
