How do you fill a Mont Blanc fountain pen with ink?

Question

I tried the capillary process by dipping the whole pen tip inside an ink bottle and also tried turning the screwable part on the opposite end but nothing works.

Do you have a cartridge in there?

Take the pen to a MontBlanc dealer and ask them to show you the proper way to fill it.
