There is usually a one month space between the closing and the 1st month. So, your 1st payment will probably be due in December. They will tell you at your closing as to the exact amount due, as well as the date.

It will be in your closing paper work, ask whomever is closing your transaction (or wait for them to go over it with you, they probably will), they'll be able to give you an exact date as well as the mailing address for your check. You may not receive a bill until after your first payment is due, so find that address and be sure to mail your check. You'll get a copy of all your closing paperwork, it will be in there, so you can refer back if you need. Congratulations on your home purchase and good luck!!!

we closed on our house the last week of April and our first payment wasn't due till June 1. You will get a notice from your lender when your payment will be due. Have it automatically taken out of your account when you find out. Auto pay is much better and you don't have to worry about your payment being late.

who sold you the house? did you give them any money yet? if so, what was it for?? usually, and when i bought mine, it was due 30 days from signing. just check with the person who sold you the house. call them and say something creative so you can ask them the question... maybe, 'i was just wondering who i make the check out to, and where do i send it--- and oh, by the way, what date does the payment have to arrive by?' just throw it in there and change it around to fit your circumstances accordingly.

It depends on the terms in your loan paperwork, but it will likely be due in 30 days.
