The little girl from The Ring definitely. That long black hair covering her face was so creepy. She was mysterious until she killed her victim.

I agree about Aidan from the Ring. That kid was just creepy.
The kid from The Shining was kind of creepy too...he would just freeze up in terror every once in awhile and yell Red Rum!!!

aiden from the ring as he has some really scary eyes he just looks menacing and that lad from the new Halloween film as he looks like a mass murderer and chucky but not sure if he counts as he isnt real???
