I mean which city is famous for its chocolates as like each city is famous for its food, people and culture and most of the city is famous for its specialty.

Isn't that Hershey, Pennsylvania. I only know about it because that is where Hershey makes it chocolate. I hear that it smells like chocolate everywhere too.
If that's not good enough look up the Lindt chocolates. They are in Sweden I think.
