It all depends on the angle and the length of the pencil, buddy.
Try getting it to come out of your eye socket first, then see if you can get it to come out your nose, if you haven't bled to dea..er if you can do that then try your other ear, I'm certain this will solve your problem in it's entirety.

How big was the pencil? It may just get stuck there and the lead absorption should make you feel a bit under the weather.

I hope you are not seriously trying to do this. Anything in your ear could inflict serious injury. They are now saying that even Q-tips should be avoided. Your ears are very sensitive. And your hearing is not something you want to mess with, not to mention potential brain problems. Becareful please!

You will need a long pencil and push really hard. If you do that you might make it before you brain dead. GOOD LUCK.
