When darkness threatens light within, you search your heart find solace in the LORD, do the things that make you happy. Visit family, pamper yourself with warm baths, a good book, and a favorite beverage. Speak to God, if you have a relationship with GOD you can speak to him. He may not always speak back in words. Ask for strength to get you through your darkness. Do
not let the darkness consume you. You are above the darkness, you can rise above it. For every dark cloud there is the sun shining through. Just know that you can get through the darkness.

Hi Andy, That's when you fight for the light within to never go out.Darkness doesn't win if you believe it's not there and you pick God to help protect you. You have to fight for your soul and don't ever let darkness win.

.... realise that the time for testing is here.... sooth your soul with poems of bravery and never take the drakness seriously because a tiny spark of light in darkness is very visible and centre of life in the dark.

there are many different darkness inside of us. you are the only one who can feel and see which kind of darkness is torturing you. and you are the only one who can decide what to do or how to go about it.
one thing you should never do is to fool yourself, just talk it out with your family or your closes friends.
