she is just now turning 19months old!!and i haven't thought of a name yet.well actually ive only had her 1month b/c i got her at a horse sale for a good price and she is registered.(her, her dam, and a bunch of other horses were repoed by a bank from this guy so they were going for cheap)(but all of the horses there were registered with AWSOME lines)anywho i feel so bad b/c she hasn't been named yet!!!please help!!she is sorrel with four white socks and a star and stirp.PLEASE HELP!!

May think of a name that would relate to how you got the horse or what you paid.
Example; Years ago I had a Parakeet. His name was 69.
Yep, I know what everyone thinking.
But, how I named him. When I bought him, the birds were 9.99 at that time. The girl not have a box and used a box school scissors come in and they sold for .69 and the price of the scissors was on the outside of the box. We had bought other stuff and I really not pay attention to what the girl ring up at the register and when she seen .69 on the box that what she entered. She could not see the bird and the box was light. On the other side was the 9.99.
So, when we got home and seen what happened, I called the store and they just said, it was their mistake and not worry about it. So, that how 69 got his name.

What kind of personality does she have. I have two horses to and they are big babies. They are Belgian Drafts / Pony crosses. They have the draft build, thick and strong but shorter than the Drafts are. Amy has white socks and a long pony tail and she looks like an Amy. Bud is just that. Sweet Bud. I like to use their personalities or traits that they have to help to name them. She may answer to something to. have you tried any names with her to see if she answers to anything? We have horses across the street Duke, Sable, Blossom. Some down the street Mike, Missy and Steve. My dad used to have Quick Move On. So you can choose anything you want. Good luck and have fun.

This is a horse forum on Liverystable.net, and you can add on any other good names you like!
I would suggest taking a word from each of her parent's names to form her registered name. For instance, if her sire is Rockin Jet Money and her dam is Peppys Little Florence, your filly's registered name could be Little Rockin Jet. Then her barn name can be anything you like.

If you feel like showing off her blood lines then do it the race horse way. Combine a part of her mothers name to her fathers or father to one of the gandmothers or Mothers to one of the Grandfathers!
Exsamples:
Mother: Fan Lear
Dad: He's a stud
Mare's name= Lear's heart (lear from mom, 's from dad, add Heart)
or Fear her (f from mom, ear from mom, He from dad and an r :))
