I prefer no L middle names, then the initials would be K.L.S. and sounds like kills. I know she'll most likely get a new last name after she gets married but still....
I thought an I would be cute, the initials would sound like Kiss. I'm probably too overly thinking it.
Our last name ends in an ee sound if that helps with finding a middle name!

I would definately pronounce Kyla like like kI-lah, and the middle name should start with a consonant (so an S name would be perfect) because if her middle name starts with a vowel and her first name ends with a vowel, the whole effect is just awkward. If your last name has more than one syllable, then a short, one syllable middle name would be your best bet.

(personally I'm partial to Sky (or Skye, whatever) because of the Y sound you would repeat if you chose to prounouce it like that in Kyla. It has a nice ring to it :-)
