We have typically had thousands of those awful little pests in our house in the past few winters. But we had a really bad drought this summer and have yet to have a hard freeze this autumn. We haven't seen a single one, yet this fall...and this is typically when they start showing up.

I read that they thrive in warm, WET summers. Do you think the beetles will be as big a problem as usual?

BTW, If you have had them, what do you do about them?

On a radio garden show a caller asked how to keep Asian beetles out of his garden. The answer was diatemacious earth. DE is a product you can get at your local garden center. This would be of no help to you for use in the house since you probably don't want to put any kind of "earth" in your clean house. Maybe you could sprinkle a circle of it around the outside walls of your house.

If you don't understand a question, DON'T ANSWER IT! How hard is that to do?
