I just heard that people can actually get in trouble for saying "parent" or "mom and dad" if someone is offended. How is this allowed. Show me what law allows this

Generally, city government yields to county, County to State, State to Federal...each has certain rights as to law enforcement and jurisdiction.

The 10th amendment to the Constitution, which Bill Clinton tried to nullify several times, or States Rights gives the state rights over the federal government because as the Constitution was originally set up each state was sovereign to itself and was only in association with the Central Government. This has been allowed to be eroded away by the apathy of people until States Rights have little left. When States Rights are removed the USA will then be a communist run country...and it is close at hand! It is for this reason people should be very very fearful of Hillary Clinton because this is her agenda if/when she becomes president!

This is not true. You cannot be punished for saying parent or mom or dad.

There was a report that California had passed a law outlawing mom and dad from being used in California schools. However, I never saw this on any reputable news site and there was nothing about it on the California Department of Education website. No one could provide me any link to a worthy site that showed that this was actually being true. Some people were more interested in whining about it than making sure that it was real.

the general rule is states can be more strict than national laws but not more relaxed.....for instance soemthing that is illegal by national law can not be allowed in a certain state. also states may not take away any of the basic rights from the constitution....the whole controversy over Parental terms was in california schools where there was a controversy about how children of homosexual couples felt like outcasts when other children talked about "mom and dad" in order to back up their fight they also drug single parents into the mix, and children who live in foster care. they can not take away the right of free speech though so they cannot punish children for speaking of their parents.
