As a sweeping generalisation, what kind of person studies business (MBA etc.) and what's their motivation? Is it purely because they believe it to be a path towards money and power or is there something more altruistic behind their learning decision?

... I would say they have 'woken up and smelt the money' a lot earlier than most people ..

Most student types I know are too busy trying to 'change the world' to realise that the world doesn't give a sh*t ...

The kind of person who wants to climb the corporate ladder fast....their motivation..... to be a high earner....and a high tax payer because that's what happens....
No there is nothing altruistic about such types....cool thing is as they climb the corporate ladder...their view is always of someone else's a***........lol
