I just got in an argreement with the people at Vanderbilt mortgage because they won't refinance me with a lower interrest rate. They are charging me 10.3/4 % now. I need to get someone to finance me. I have tried 5 or 6 companies but no one with refinance a manufatured home in park on a lot. I need help soon.

For a mobile home in a park you probably have the best you are going to get.

I'm not sure if they would refinance but have you tried the bank you do business with? Banks sometimes offer a better deal than a finance company.

Manufactured homes generally have a much higher interest rate than the traditional home does.

Countrywide does manufactured homes. Contact the local office in your area. Don't call the numbers on Tv or internet. Locate a local walk in branch, they should be able to help you.
