Ozone. The smell of electric sparks. My grandad was an electrical engineer, and was always tinkering with something or other, creating marvellous train sets and other toys that would these days probably get him arrested under some health and safety regulation or other! God, I miss him.

Wow! Mine is lavender, too! My Granddad used smell like it. It was from sachet my Granny put in his undies/hankie drawer. Yardley's!
