He says he was a Muslim and then left Islam to become a Christan but you can't trust anything these politicians say. They will say or do anything to get your vote. My guess is that he was never Muslim at all. There is nothing wrong with electing a Muslim to be president. I would be thrilled if there was a Muslim president who imposed Shariah Law on the USA. Wait until one of those Christian Evangelicals becomes president. They will outlaw abortion in all times, allow hate crimes against homosexuals and teach women that they need to go back to their God given role as uneducated wives and mothers.

When I was a kid, I went to a Mennonite Bible school. Didn't make me a Mennonite. This is not an issue that even needs to be discussed. Obama is not a muslim.

Sounds like a Rush or Hannity sound bite. Obama was born and raised as a christian. Has never been a muslim. Personally I do not think it really matters. Religion should never be a factor in political campaigns. Religion is private and personal matter and should remain as such.
