i bid on something but now decided i dont want it, theres still 3 days left on the bidding, how do i withdraw my bid?

you can remove your bid, just go to this link or your site map,scroll down to bidding resources on left go to bid retraction put in item number then add reason wrong amount etc.

to withdraw it go to options then select withdraw bid ,,you will be asked the reason you want to withdraw it ..just say you made a mistake ..and it will be withdrawn..
ps
you can't do it very often or you will be barred from buying on ebay

you have to give a valid reason for retracting I think, but like some of the others have said try contacting the seller.I changed my mind on a bid but just left it until I was outbid, fortunately there was 5 days left so I kind of hoped I would get outbid which I did of course.

yes, I've done it many times. Just contact the seller and ask them to withdraw it. You can also do it through the website but I forget how. Look for the link, it's there.

I was asked this by a seller today, email the seller asap , ebay can't do anything, or they will retract in certain circumstances.

if there are 3 days left you might be outbid ~ otherwise do as the others say contact the seller, explain and hopefully they will cancel the bid for you ~ good luck ;o)

email the seller and let them know your reasons for needing to withdrawl the bid. he may give you a negative for it though.

bidding is legally binding







but im sure that if you contact the seller you can sort something out together.
