I'm not sure what your question is... Please elaborate.

If you are asking what the saying mean...
Well first I've never heard of "two word in milestone" But if you are asking what a milestone is.. That is a stone marker the romans used to mark the road for a mile.
Once in a blue moon means something that only happens rarely.
A blue moon refers to a full moon twice in the same month.
An event that only happens rarely. You have to have a full moon at the beginning of a month and then at the end of a month.
I hope that helps.

If I understand your question correctly, you are asking for definitions of "milestone" and "once in a blue moon"

A milestone is like a marker for a particular accomplishment (like a marker place at each mile along a road or trail), except it has come to mean something symbolic that shows growth along the journey in life (such as graduation from school, etc.)
mile·stone
n.
1. A stone marker set up on a roadside to indicate the distance in miles from a given point.
2. An important event, as in a person's career, the history of a nation, or the advancement of knowledge in a field; a turning point.

Once in a blue moon refers to something that happens very rarely, as a second full moon in the same month (also called a "blue moon")

A blue moon is 2 full moons in 1 calendar month so it is very rare. Once in a blue moone means rarely occuring. I've never heard of the other one, so I can't say what it is.

In ancient Rome, the government placed large stones at regular intervals along roads to the traveler would know how far he had gone.

A "blue moon" occurs when there are two full moons in the same month. What it really means is that something doesn't happen very often.

You (may) actually meet a person, who is still chivalrous in this modern world which is going SO QUICKLY into the Mire, and further down to become stuck! Such a person allows you to think you are not destined to become a fossil against your will...to be discovered thousands of years hence when it will not make a difference, whatever really you were!
