I agree with you. Laugher is a good therapy, smiling too.
The important thing in my opinion is laughing about your troubles, mistakes, faults, your BIG BIG EGO ... and so on . But I do not agree about using laugher against a person (to ridiculize, I mean): this would be lack in charity and cruelty.
I am sure you mean that good laugher which makes your Heart flying aloft and brings mirth to your soul.
Forgive my English and have my smiling hallo!

i'm no longer atheist, yet seeing various the questions approximately right here actual make me snort this is somewhat humorous to verify how plenty all human beings is controlled by using a e book supposedly written by using God or Jesus or Allah or Muhammed or whomever. i'm no longer atheist. i've got confidence in God, yet i do no longer worry approximately me going to Hell or Heaven and if i've got served Him suitable. i think blessed that i'm healthful, have a loving relatives, great firends, an guidance, and so plenty extra. i do no longer decide for a faith telling me the thank you to pay off God or the thank you to no longer do something. i will do what i decide for
