Actually, both. Earlier in the day I wasn't feeling well, so I was probably was frowning. I am feeling much better now, so I guess I am smiling. (You know the saying, 'Smile, it makes people wonder what you have been up to.' LOL!

A smile is just a frown turned upside down!! Takes more facial muscles to frown, anyway. I always come out better smiling!!
