CM=cervical mucus
EWCM=egg white cervical mucus
DPO= days past ovulation
HPT=home pregnancy test
BFP=big fat positive (on an hpt)
BFN=big fat negative (on an hpt)
AF=aunt flow (monthly period)
DH=dedicated husband
CD=cycle day

These are the most commone ones used on here. I know it can be a little confusing when you first start on learning all the ttc lingo. Best wishes to you and hopes this helps!!!
