What's Sympatico High Speed Edition bandwidth in Ontario?

I'm interested in downloading dozens of movies a month. Freenet says: Includes up to 40GB per month (after that, $3/GB). How many GB per month am I allowed to download using the Sympatico HSE (charged forty-some dollars a month)? Is it 5GB? Is it unlimited? (Yes of course I use these torrent things)
