I know we age since we are born..

But do you have (or have you ever had) a pre-set age in which you consider someone 'to be starting their way to their old age'?

It changes all the time as I get older. When I was 7, 22 was old. You were a grown-up then. By about 15, I thought 40 was old, then 60. But now my dad will be 60 next year and lots of my parents' friends will be 60 soon or are over 60 and I don't think of any of them as old, they're just the same people as before, and I think that they will continue to push my notion of 'old' further back as they age. A lot of it is about attitude, if you're young at heart then you come across as young to the rest of the world.

I always thought that it was 50 but once I hit 50 I'm having the best time of my life. I'd have to honestly say that no age is too old because we are as old as we let ourselves get. Enjoy life each day and you will never grow old.

I've always thought that once you go into your forties is when you are starting to get old... but I guess it just depends on the person really... Everyone is different... I know some people who started acting old when they were in their thirties...

i use to until.. i met 80 yrs olds.. traveling.. racing cars..swimming ..golfing..dancing. 90 yr olds getting married. 60 yr olds driving spors cars..and bungie jumping. i tell you... there is no number..anymore that means old. it depends on the person. my grandfather mowed his own lawn at 99. not a rider either. and lets not forget women having babies in their fifties and sixties.
