ciss r265 HELP????????

I bought a ciss R265 the printer only recognizes 2 of the chips that are full and not the other 4 i have turned the printer off an on but still the same can you HELP it`s doing my head in

"only recognizes 2 of the chips that are full and not the other 4", by CHIPS, do you mean Ink Cartridges?

If so, make sure you have removed the piece of tape covering the underside of each cartridge. It's all in the Printer User Manual.
