566.095. 1. A person commits the crime of sexual misconduct in the third degree if he solicits or requests another person to engage in sexual conduct under circumstances in which he knows that his requests or solicitation is likely to cause affront or alarm.

2. Sexual misconduct in the third degree is a class C misdemeanor.

Why would you even consider doing that to a child I mean I ' m sure there are plenty of women out there who you can do that to. Just think about it this way she is someones little girl and maybe someones Little sister would you like someone talking to your sister like that? You know better legal or illegal it is wrong and remember sometimes we say we are one thing but in true life we could be another !

Adults who have any sort of sexual conversation with any minor at anytime is breaking the law.

They are called sexual predators.
