If it is Dracaena (Lucky Bamboo) then the chances are that it is not a light problem but rather it has probably developed root rot. You can try to help it by removing it and trimming off all the sick roots leaving only the firm white ones. However, when lucky bamboo gets sick it goes down hill fast so if your bamboo has become mushy then it is too late to help it and it would be best to throw it out and start again. Lucky bamboo only needs to be in 2-3 inches of water. Also, make sure you are only using Aged tap, distilled, or rain water.
Good Luck

Two of the most common factors are 1.) too much direct sunlight; and 2.) too salty or heavily-flouridated tap water.
If you think this may be the case, use bottled water for your plant.

And while the plant doesn't require direct sunlight it should not be kept in a completely darkened area either.

Also be mindful of the temperature, plants are very effected by too much heat or too much cold!

And last but not least, make sure you're not over watering it!

I felt an analogous way whilst i became into thirteen. Dont worry however, i became into in a difficulty comparable to yours and desperate to purpose employing a tampon and at first it became into kinda perplexing to put in yet then I have been given used to it lol. Im 14 now and that i consistently use tampons because of the fact i detect them plenty extra desirable than pads. I dont think of you ought to enable your era get interior the way of going to the water park, cos you will probs remorseful approximately it later in case you do. Tampons are easily no longer that frightening...in my view i detect it much less stressful to no longer use an applicator, yet i think of many human beings discover the different. in simple terms see what feels least perplexing for you :) wish that facilitates xx
