Colin Powell would make an excellent president. Too bad he didn't run. He is a man of integrity. I wonder what some of his stands on the issues would be if he had decided to run

I'm not a Republican but from what I gather of their experience with the military and war, it seems to me that Colin Powell and John McCain would make an excellent choice with either being President or Vice-President.

I am Australian, Yet would give my vote to Colin if he stood.
I do not blame Colin for the war. He was manipulated into it.
I think the man is Honest and has integrity. A lot more than I can say about our Govt. and most of Yours.

Probably about 15 in the entire world.

What a shameless sell-out. What a DUPE.

I think he's hiding in shame for what he did. I hope so.

Witness the fall of a once honorable man for the sake of power and money.

A modern tragedy is what Colin Powell is.

He would probably do okay. But I believe he would just be another tractless voice. Another of the many, who we are not able to pin down as to what he stands for. He would not be good simply because he is black, nor because he was career military. Those are hardly qualifications.

No thanks...I've had enough of his "hide and go seek" political style where you never know exactly where he stands on any issue.
