I connected the Logitech wireless mouse into my laptop, and it said it is detected and functioning properly, but it's not. I tried the Help and Support Center and the "reset" button in the mouse, but to no avail. My mouse is black, if that's any useful information.

I don't know the model.

Also, where is the Bluetooth switch in Toshiba laptops? I can only see the wireless (internet) switch.

i would visit the logitech web site and download the driver software for the specific mouse you have. sometimes the automatice install of drivers by windows can be a little flawed.

i dont believe toshiba laptops have a bluetooth switch.

Most common cause of problems with a wireless mouse is that the batteries within the mouse are low or dead. try replacing the batteries and see if that helps....
