If you are asking 'how does one find oneself?" I will answer you this way. One does not really "find'' oneself but rather one "defines" oneself. You need to learn about those you admire and what you find admirable about them. Then you need to incorporate those positive traits into your own personality. It takes a lot of effort but there is nothing you cannot change about yourself if you truly desire change.
Define what you should be and figure out how to best adopt those traits.
