Yes! It only takes ONE sperm to make a baby and pre-ejaculate contains sperm. As long as sperm can get to the vaginal canal, then it can make a baby.
And if there was ANY penetration at al, then the woman is not a virgin.

chances are small but there are still chances, even :dry humping" with underwear on there is still a chance, I would go get a morning after pill just to be safe which you can get at a family planning place or planned parenthood. it goes by your income at those places.... or you can go to a regular doctor, and he can give it to you for 50 bucks. dont freak yourself out about it, but just to let you know you can get pregnant and you should probably just stick to other feel good stuff.

Men dribble sperm even when they're not coming, but before. These technically could make their way to the eggs and cause pregnancy.
