No specific agency will get you Disney auditions. What happens is when a production like for instance a Disney film, has need for actors they hire a casting director. They put together a description of the characters that they need to cast (called a breakdown) and they put it out to all legit agents through a service called Breakdown Services. The agents look at these descriptions and compare them to their clients to see who fits the description. If you are the client of an agent and they see that you fit the general description of a breakdown then they will send your photo and resume to the casting director for consideration for that part in the production. If the CD also thinks you fit the description and you have enough experience then they will give you a shot and set up an audition.

To get an agent in LA you need to have a good amount of training and experience, the agent would have to be in need of someone your type, also a personal referrence from someone in the industry would greatly improve your chances of getting called in for an interview. To get that referral make sure you network when you're in class and while working on projects (in theatre, on student or indie films, etc.).

Your a looking for a very distinct agencie and I don't think it exists. Disney movies aren't a real factory with movies going on and on. Tey think of a movie, plan the whole thing and then start looking for cast with a whole picture set out in advance.
So, if you're hoping on once getting a part in one of those, you have to find an agent(THE Disney agencie doesn't exist)
this agent will give you lots of auditions and perhaps one day, you'll go and audition for Disney.
