On P&S or Y!A in general?
Y!A: a guy in disability section. he has many accounts and ask the same questions (or similar) over and over again and anyone who disagrees with him - he blocks. He never get past 150 points because he askes so many questions then he makes another account.
P&S: That person that keeps asking if The Chair Wizard III was a loser.
