I think, ms annabelle, that all of us should never stop chasing rainbows till the day we die. It's not that we must be overly ambitious; it's more like we should always aspire to be the best of whatever we could be at any moment in time. It is only when we are at peace with ourselves that we can truly claim that we have found our pot of gold. And it is a conscious process that we live for each day. We should never sit on our laurels.

Stopped chasing rainbows. I realized I must thank heavens for the fortunes, big or small that have come my way. In fact, even for the misfortunes. My pot of gold is small, but I am happy.

Now, I try to create rainbows that others may chase. By creating opportunities so that others may find their pot of gold, also no matter how small the pot maybe.

And then there will be plenty of us talking about being happy with what we have. Life is too short, we can not spend all of it running.

The connotation of "chasing rainbows' is trying to catch the impossible.....I have chased rainbows all my life.....and why not.....I have been airborne, ranger, green beret....advised kings.....socialized with medal of honor winners....trained university students.....fought in two wars.....worked as a deck hand on a Caribbean sailing ship.....hunted lost treasure in Mexico.....dug in middens in Grenada......ran a no kill animal shelter .....built homes for disabled veterans......trained police in Barbados......ran an Air Crash Rescue team.....was a movie theater manager......own and ran an antique store....published articles in Penthouse.....was superintendent of a high school....climbed mountains in Montana....white water rafted .....written a newspaper column for three papers.....taught wilderness survival......ran with a motorcycle gang.....

Never stopped chasing rainbows....a friend once chided me that I never would find any "treasure"....I told him he missed the point ....it was not finding......it was the HUNT

My schemes are just like all my dreams
Ending in the sky...

Nope. Didn't find the pot of gold. The little fellow guarding it just took off with the thing.

I even have been there, it purely skill which you have strayed removed from God a splash. it relatively is an excellent element, yet whilst your in that subject i could propose you to stay removed from Yahoo solutions, it relatively is too crammed with un-believers. yet attempt to locate a pastor somwhere, the place you could purely refer to him approximately what you're feeling, helped me alot. i'm purely 14, and that i come out and in of it, however the #a million element that makes me belive in God is purely the sensation of his presence. His presence isnt somthing that we are able to bear in techniques the way it feels, it relatively is purely somthing we bear in techniques. Kinda comprehend what I mean? it relatively is such as you experience His presence for a together as, then the next day you forget approximately what it sounds like, and you attempt to fill that hollow with somthing else, and it will honestly leads into somthing deeper, and darker. it relatively is not a good place to be mate, yet pray. purely pray untill you experience God lower back, dont purely flow on and on with regard to the form you like issues, or pray for human beings, purely thank him and compliment him, clean your techniques of worldly issues and purely start to thank him (and flow discern it relatively is Thanksgiving) lol. yet this isnt somthing which could wait, purely flow now, get on your knees and pray. desire this helps a lil, and please, dont ever loose faith... i such as you and Jesus does too. God bless. :)
