Fuzzy thanks for the info. If I have to cut and edit the way I lead my life, then I will have alot to throw away!

I do love animals but at the end of the day I am not going to say I regret buying costly things in the world. I do so thats about it!

Thanks for the tip though. Look at many Asians and middle eastern women. They may be traditional but they buy clothes from wherever they can. It does not mean we are less traditional. But I never knew this news about united colors of Benetton. Now perhaps I will stop buying their clothes.

It seems most people are afraid of color. Often times I see people playing it safe with neutrals. This is because some people don't understand what color blends with other colors. A good place to start is "Home Depot". They have brochures with numerous color schemes. To break into a world of color. . . . Tape paint samples to the wall where you want to paint & leave them up for a day or two. Everytime you walk into that room look at the samples & there will be samples that stick out over the rest. Take the one's off the wall that you don't like. The last one's standing is the perfect color. Just remember "light" plays a huge role when choosing color. Is the room your painting have a lot of incandescent light or natural light? This is why you should leave the samples up for a couple of days. I guarantee your color choice will vary in the am & pm. Don't be afraid to choose a vibrant or bold color & in the event that you don't like the color as you apply it to the wall you can always apply white paint to it to mute it down. Happy Painting!

Benetton PETA target

American animal rights activists have named Benetton as their next target after the multi-billion dollar Italian fashion house ignored threats to drop Australian merino wool from its products. Benetton, with 5,000 stores worldwide and USD2.6 billion in annual revenue, is a major user of Australian wool for its high-end jumpers, suits and other products.

The US-based People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals says it has lobbied Benetton for more than a year to stop using Australian merino wool but received no satisfactory response. PETA has branded the Australian wool industry as one of the most violent industries for its use of a technique called mulesing. It is campaigning for US and European fashion retailers to boycott Australian wool until mulesing is stopped.
