This is funny you ask, because alot of people support Giuliani, not knowing he was once a Democrat, and his views and Hillary Clinton's views are practically the same. It goes back to the ages, people just voting because there is an (R) or (D) behind their name and that is the only reason. That is why we have GW Bush, and this failed war in Iraq, billions of dollars, and thousands of lives lost for nothing.

Voting for a 'party' is stupid. That a person 'belongs' to a particular party really doesn't mean much. Political parties can't require their members to march lock step on any topic. And with the exception of Zell Miller who the Democrats disowned because he didn't back their Presidential candidate I can't remember anyone being kicked out of a party. There have been several who changed affiliations but this was because of disagreement with a particular stand.
Find out what the candidate stands for and make your choice on that. *LOL* If it were up to me I'd ban political parties all together. At the very least I would not allow party affiliation to be listed on the ballot.

Cause people are idiots. They love to say "I am a democrat/ Republican." F*** the parties pay attention to the person running. We need more parties, I say at least 3 should be guaranteed to have a spot on all debates. 2 parties lead to corruption and control by really one once they team up as they have to bring us such crap as Hillary.
We should now have Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians on all stages.

I look at the person.
That is why I am going GOP this year because nothing in the DNC line up comes close to my set of beliefs about government.
