It is much easier than trying to explain in words.
Basically you make pin 1 ---- pin3 pin 3 --- pin 1
pin2 ---- pin 6 and pin 6 --- pin 2. by Crossing the orange whit/orange and green white/green pairs in the ethernet cable. You "swap" locations on the opposite connector.

cross cable connect is only have 4 active cables...
apart from this choose best crimper - may b in first attempt itself u r goin to get good cable...
