Yes,Pakistanis now live in Pakistan,a southern Asian country bordering on Afghanistan, which was created after India was granted independence from the British Raj. The Muslim population of India formed the sovereign state of Pakistan.
Those who now live in Iran are for the most part Persians.Originally a peoples who inhabited the plateau of Persis in SW Iran and were first encountered there by ancient Greeks. In 1935 the country officially became known as Iran-land of the Aryans.
Arab is a general term loosely applied to any person whose native language is Arabic, usually the Semitic peoples of the Arabian peninsula. Now it is also applied, although not strictly so,to the people of North Africa and the Middle East.
Arabs distinguish between the descendants of Qahtan and those of Ishmael,in other words between those who were Arab in origen and those who were ¨Arabized¨.

If somebody can't they must be very ignorant.
They're three totally different cultures-Pakistanis are South Asian , Arabs are semitic middle-eastern and are quite heterogeneous in their own right and Iranians (as in Farsi)are actually Indo-Europeans- like white Americans (so incidentally are Kurds)!!!.
