Filipinos should do a lot of praying because unless the ones who are running the affairs in the Philippines continue to be like that, all thinking only of themselves, the health services in the country will not improve. Imagine having money for broadband and cyber education when the basic needs of the students like enough classrooms and teachers are not yet being addressed. Lots of prayers and will-power to elect more efficient leaders. That's what we all need.
