A criticism of Allopathy?

I read a question someone posed on here which essentially said "google Dr Burton Goldberg." When I did this article came up

I have seen enough to agree with the general viewpoint listed there, although I cannot comment on the veracity of some of the details.
However, it seems to be a very well written summation of some of the criticisms of allopathy, so what are your thoughts on the matter?
I tried to write this in an unbiased fashion, so humor me and try to be friendly :)

I have seen the same data over the years in various journals.
