Have you ever seen her live. I saw her live at Sun City. She was fantastic. My favourite sonegs of heres aae Caberet, New York ( and Sinatra singing it too), and one that few people have heard of called 'City Lights'. Do you have a favourite song by her?

She has had some tremendous difficulties in her life. She sings well. Hopefully her alcohol and drug use will be abated. Her mom died so young and so tragically.

Saw her ages ago when she was at her peak..tremendous talent, tremendous energy, and the stage presence few have. Unfortunately, she did not handle fame well, turned to a sea of cocaine and booze...such a waste of a life. I have no idea what she is doing today, but at her peak, she was great. She could pack immense emotion into a song, be it funny or heavy..she just delivered. AS far as I know, she has suffered from Stage fright her entire life...that one would be a real bummer. She has disappeared from the scene and I have no idea what she is doing now. Goldwing

She has spent much too much of her life either running from or trying to be a copy of her own mother. She will be much better off when she learns to stand on her very own, in her own mind and heart.
And no. I am not very fond of her style of singing, although I embrace it's merits for others.

I think she is a fantastic stage performer and neither love nor dislike her singing. Have always felt that fate was following her in that she was perpetuating her mother's life, but now that she is older it appears she will survive in better fashion. Wish her well.

All of her songs from "Cabaret" were great. I agree that her version and Sinatra's version of "New York, New York" are wonderful. I have only seen her in movies.

I think she has alot of energy when performing, but I don't care for her personality and looks.
