am married for more than 10 years, now when I'am sleeping with my wife I did not enjoy much. on the same time other girls are more attractive even if other girls is not beautiful.
I found this result with other couples in my community .
please advise how I can re-enjoy with my wife

This is not good. After marriage it is not advisable to get involved in other girls. Your wife is as good as other girls. Rather she is the best woman for you as she is your wife and you alone enjoy her and no body share your wife. Gentleman I therefore advise you to keep yourself limited with your wife and do not think otherwise. If you are mentally settled with your wife, you will get maximum enjoyment from sexual intercourse. Good Luck

Do not let her catch you with your eyes wandering!
You have to remember that you got married for a reason, and a lot of people say you can look but not touch, and that is ok, and normal, but if you feel the need to stray, then that is not ok and not normal!!!
I believe you should talk to your wife about this and go to counseling with her. It sounds like your relationship needs a little oomph!!!

remember why you married her for. you're at that stage of caring about looks more than true love. don't fall into the same consequences as other husbands.
you show the sincerity to change and you know that you can do it.
start all those lovey-dovey stuff you and your wife used to do in the past. she will be happy & you too. be reminded about the blessed past and you will enjoy her. just be young at heart again! gd luck!!

Imagine how other guys are thinking of your wife. She will look more attractive to you then. Also, you can try to spice things up in the marriage. Try a little more romance, and some new sexual positions.

When you have achieved this you will be satisfied and you will no longer seek to sneak into another mans vineyard for you will have learned how to enjoy the grapes from your own and even how to make good wine from them.
