An honest-to-goodness wreck is my greatest day-wrecker. When you consider my daily commute is 3 hours without having to deal with an accident, one wreck can easily double and sometimes triple that commute time!

I am a diabetic and,I love to eat.I love a big breakfast.Waffles and pancakes with bacon ,eggs with hash browns or grits.biscuits with jam and real butter.Ever morning I fight the urge to eat these things.Sometimes I loose the fight.When I do,I pay.My blood sugar gets high and I feel terrible all day long I get diarrhea and feel sleepy and tired sluggish all day .I also beat myself up for blowing my diet and feel like a big slob.This will sure wreck my day.
