All organelles have a phospholipid bilayer: mitochondria, nucleus, Golgi complex, endoplasmic reticulum, chloroplast, vacuole, lyzosome. In fact, some organelles have double membranes: mitochondria and plastids (chloroplast, chromoplast, leucoplast, amyloplast).

The cell membrane is not an organelle.
