Iligan City where she grew up. But wait, don't they have a plantation somewhere in Mindanao? Is it in Iligan City? I can't really remember but please, not Cebu. She may think she got 1million votes from Cebuanos but I am still wondering whether the figure's for real. Not all Cebuanos voted for her, you know.
