Could the universe really be splitting everytime we do something? Is it really impossible? Should they teach this is university classes, or even high school classes? Or should Niels Bohr theory still be taught?

As an interpretation of his theory. Couldn't it be possible in everyone's mind that we all live to be 100+ years old, because we are only aware of the universe we are in. But in many parallel universes that person is actually dead because of various close accidents that person has (car accident)?
