My boobs hurt alot. Mostly my left one, there is this sharp pain in my nipple and both of my boobs are really sensitive, swollen, and I'm near tears from the pain. It's been going on for 2 days now. I'm seventeen so don't tell me this is me going through puberty, because that happened when I was eleven. My boobs usually hurt before my period but it's not that time of month, and they never hurt this BAD. Could it be breast cancer? Or could it be something else? I have a 34 C if that helps any.

Pain is both breasts usually is not breast cancer. But it would be a good idea to get this checked out with the doctor and explain the pain and make sure the doctor listens to you. Do you feel any hard lumps? Any redness or itchiness on the skin?

But quite honestly it sounds like you could be pregnant. Are you sexually active? Might want to take a home pregnancy test.

Don't rely on what people say here, get yourself to a doctor or a clinic and get this checked out. It is very rare for someone your age to get breast cancer, although it is possible. The symptoms don't sound like breast cancer to me.

Don't let anyone tell you that breast cancer is NOT painful, because that is not always true. But it is usually not painful, and painful breasts (especially on both sides) is usually not cancer.

Good luck to you!

If it's been a couple weeks since your period ended this pain could be letting you know that your next period is soon to come. I would recommend letting your mom know what's going on as well and also seeing your doctor to have them evaluate the situation further to see what they think.

Go see a doctor - it could save your life. I'm not saying you do have breast cancer, but what if you do and you've put off going... I hope you don't have it though.

Pain is a good sign that it is NOT Cancer. See a doctor, it sounds more like a cyst.

you need to check for lumps in your breasts, but my best suggestion is to get to your doctor as soon as you can to find out what is causing this.
