You won't need a map.
When you exit at the farthest end of the South Luzon Expressway, just follow the signs. One direction goes to Batangas, the other to Calamba. When you get to Calamba, turn right at the main intersection. If you go straight ahead, you will instead find yourself in the Jose Rizal Shrine. But you should instead turn right and in a few minutes you will be in the hot sprngs row.
