You are feeling low because you didn't do as well as you hoped. Doesn't mean it's time to give up, just time to reflect on what measures to take to improve next time. Talk to your tutors, get their advice.
Exams aren't always the best way to identify ability or potential.

Sometimes over preperation creates over confidence. You are relaxed, then walk into the exam stressed, and forget everything.
So don't worry about it too much, keep trying, get better.
Drop a course when you don't understand any of it. Drop it, when you feel you are wasting your time.
If you keep chipping away at the block of knowledge you should get enough of it to pass an exam.
Some people do better under pressure than other people. I am still a, get it done by the deadline type of guy.

it's not to ask signs to give-up, but ask for signs that will help you pass your exams...
cause studying just bores me ..... so i just listen to the teacher cause it's mostly what they always repeat is what will appear in the exams.....

if you're failing; it's advisable to drop the course. if not; just carry on.
