Time is a concept and the whole universe is moving. The planet on which we live gave us the 24 hour day. If time time did happen to stop, which is in the order of highly unlikely, your body would not age unless it was outside the influence that made time stop.

Got a call from Elvis the other day. He reckons that himself, Jimmy D, Marilyn and JFK haven't aged a minute since they've gone into "hiding".

Time is inseparable from space,if it stopped space would also go out of existence and not even the universe would age.
