These hotels are the second-tier hotels. They would both be inexpensive and yet would be comfortable enough.
But if you want a hotel that is bigger and better, the Philippine Plaza would be a better choice. It is managed by Sofitel, and is right by the bay.

depends on what part yo want to stay and what budget you're looking for! i suggest go to cheap hotel.com and search what part of manila you wanted to stay. for manila consists approx. and estmatimated according to statistics ranges from25-30% of 82 million populations which means it's crowded city so you know this also means traveling with cars oryour own vehicles maybe quite a hard work for you.

I prefer Bayview since it is very close to the US Embassy.
If you are a going to malls or local things the bayview is also in a better location.
